We'll need a few details about your home and EV so we can assess the installation requirements.

• Where you'd like the charger installed
• Your switchboard location
• A few photos of your switchboard
• The approximate distance between the switchboard and charger

We'll assess your requirements and provide a clear installation quote.

2. Approve your quote & book

Once you're happy with the quote, we'll arrange a convenient installation time.

Your quote will outline the agreed work, which may include:

• EV charger installation
• Dedicated electrical circuit
• Cabling
• Required electrical protection
• Switchboard work, if required

No additional work is carried out without your approval.

3. We install & set up your charger

On installation day, our licensed electrician will:

✓ Inspect the installation
✓ Install the required electrical circuit and cabling
✓ Install and connect your EV charger
✓ Complete required electrical protection
✓ Configure the charger and app, where applicable
✓ Test and commission the system

Our qualified and licensed electrician will complete the installation in accordance with Australian electrical standards, including AS/NZS 3000 (the Wiring Rules).

Ready to Charge

Once installation is complete, we'll show you how to use your charger and any available app, scheduling, off-peak or solar charging features.

Your charger is then ready to go.
